Emon Project 01

This is my old UBS project, an 1985 SWB UBS.
I bought it in Semarang in February 2009.

Long before I bought that, I already made a concept for it:

I don't have a specific concept for this project, what I have in mind is to restorate it as a daily drive vehicle. That's what the owner need.
So, 1982 UBS would be a nice specimen for this. All I have to add is only emblems and spare-tyre cover :) And maybe fender mirrors if the owner accept it.

I also made a check list for which body plate that we changed.
It's from last month identification, the check list is still growing :'(

HiRoof Project : A/T tires

I want this Trooper to be a comfortable tourer vehicle. M/T 32" is too big and noisy.
I'm offering a trade with an A/T 31" or 30".

Gladly there is a friend who accept this offer, and guess what, it belongs to my old 5 door diesel Trooper.

A liitle bit too high, but that's ok since I want to use JDM concept which always love high SUV with black wheels ;)












Daniy will put this into paint workshop this day. Just hope that'll give a better appearance.

Update from my last visit at the end of october.

This is the condition two weeks after we started the project. Paint removed, fenders removed, some plate already cut and some are welded, and replacement plate is prepared.
